The Kiwa Initiative featured at the EU-Indo-Pacific High Level Virtual Conference on Climate Change.

In the run-up to COP-26 (1-12 November 2021, Glasgow), the European Union gathers during a public two-days conference on 7- 8 October its Indo-Pacific partners to share their views on climate change issues in the region and thus contribute to the success of the event.

On this occasion, Dr. Paula Vivili, Deputy Director-General of the Pacific Community (SPC), takes the floor during day 2 dedicated to civil society roundtable discussion. He intervenes on the session “How can countries work together to maintain 1.5C° objective within reach?” to present SPC’s role within the Kiwa Initiative.

The second day of the conference will be streamed live and it can be followed here.
