- KGWan in Papua New Guinea: Reforestation and sustainable forest management in Simbu province, along the Bismark forest corridor, to combat climate change.
- Permatil in Timor Leste: Permaculture for sustainable food systems, improving the health and resilience of populations in the Alieu and Liquica districts.
- Oma Tafua in Niue: Community-based disaster risk management in the Aliluki and Tufukia regions, coastal restoration and empowering young people and vulnerable groups.
- EcoNauru in Nauru: Development of coconut cultivation, embracing traditional uses and associated economic benefits.
