RESTORE: Restoring ecosystems for sustainable, transformative, and resilient communities

The Kiwa RESTORE regional project, was recently featured in the latest edition of Wansolwara, the biannual newspaper produced by the University of the South Pacific’sSchool of Journalism. The article highlights the project’s role and community-led efforts in revitalizing natural ecosystems.
Earlier this year, the RESTORE team also joined the School’s Friday Forum, sharing perspectives on climate communications with journalism students and faculty. Engaging with the next generation of Pacific storytellers is a vital step in amplifying climate action messages and inspiring more voices to join the conversation.
