The Kiwa PEBACC+ (Pacific Ecosystem-Based Adaptation to Climate Change) project, coordinated and implemented by the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme - SPREP, aims to strengthen and diversify ecosystem-based adaptation activities in Fiji, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, New Caledonia and Wallis and Futuna. Relying on strong stakeholders’ participation, the project will address climate and non-climate environmental challenges that communities are experiencing, using Ecosystem-based Adaptation approaches in a more systematic way as well as promoting and mainstreaming into public policies.
