Launch of the Pacific Organic Learning Farm in Nauru !

The Kiwa #POLFN regional project, "Pacific Organic Learning Farms Network" proudly announces the inauguration of its official farm in Nauru, situated at the Max Dowedia Organic Learning Farm Centre.

Objective of these organic learning farm centers is to highlight the benefits of Nature-based Solutions, encompassing #agroecology, #agroforestry and #organic production methods and technologies, as a means to address climate resilience and bolster capacity-building efforts.

How does organic farming enhance community resilience?

- It cultivates local production,

- It preserves precious land resources,
- It champions the cause of healthy food.
