📣IUCN Oceania is hiring for its Kiwa Initiative gender equity program

Our partner in charge of the Local Projects component, IUCN Oceania, is looking for an Environmental and Social Management System and Gender Officer to join their team!

IUCN has developed an Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) including the Kiwa Initiative Gender Equity Programme to improve its ability to systematically assess projects for environmental and social impacts and to apply IUCN's social and environmental standards during the development, implementation and monitoring stages of projects.

The Kiwa Initiative ESMS and Gender Officer will undertake the day-to-day implementation of the Kiwa Initiative ESMS action plan as outlined in the IUCN and AFD funding agreement and related updated versions as the focal point on behalf of the Kiwa Initiative team.
